Pay is very much less than competitive in comparison to other jobs in the industry. Growth potential is almost non existent and just about anyone is expendable based on firing practices as of late. Problematic work environment. Management is all related so growth is less than likely unless you are “in the family”. Will be required to work weekend shifts as part of the job when you first start. Benefits are on the lower end of offerings in the industry.

-Incompetent Management -Childish, sexist, homophobic, and all around repulsive work environment. -Mission Statement for Simple Logistics was not adhered to or respected by anyone -Commission structure changed repeatedly to the detriment of hard working employees. (Until half the office quit) -Having to share an environment with angry washed up jocks with nothing left in life but protein shakes and poop jokes
