A wealth of learning and rewards gained from thoroughly understanding the product development process through to mass production, encompassing all aspects such as project management, sales forecasting, cross-functional collaboration, and customer service.
Cons
Lack of learning process, you have to join the battle in the first day, if you are self learner, you can improve a lot, but the long term management glass ceiling still have a huge impact on promotion
