Used to be good but not genuine anymore
29 Mar 2023 - Software Engineer in Gurgaon, HaryanaRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
good for freshers , better than general MNCs for learning. used to be a good company with nice work culture when some co founders were part of india team. but since their movement to canada and arrival of new senior management, work culture has been ruined
Cons
no matter how hard you work, you might not be recognised or rewarded well here. Focus of the senior management is on only few teams and only their work is recognised and rewarded. HRs and senior management talk about parity in packages and making employees happy so that they don't leave, but feels like they are ignorant now. They will take efforts to hire new resources of low quality and less experiences at higher packages, but would not value the employees serving them with pure heart for long time and delivering quality deliverables

The responsibilities of the role align with our personal interests. Opportunities for progression. Managerial connections are very good which help us complete any transaction with transparency and provide opportunity to grow org wise as well as individually. You want to work in a professional, team-oriented environment which values collaboration and knowledge sharing. Companies have always ensured that employees get all the benefits they need to carry out personal liability such as wealth and health and many more. I'm just in love with Simpplr.

Unrealistic expectations
17 Apr 2023 - Test Engineer in Gurgaon, HaryanaRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
It used to be awesome now it's a like any other workhouse where employees are treated as donkeys. They are deliberately setting unrealistic expectations after which either u will fail to meet them or will get frustrated and resign. This is what's going on. Don't join.
Cons
No work life balance, no regards of what the person is hired for. They are just piling on stuff without considering employee's interest forte
- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros

Employee friendly company
6 Jan 2023 - Engineering Manager in Gurgaon, Uttar PradeshRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
- Provides Hub-Hybrid-Remote model - Culture is great in Simpplr, you could voice up, ask questions, give feedback and feedback is acted upon - Good tech stack to learn from - Good compensation - While their has been some changes recently in the organisation which disrupted a few things, all of them are to scale up and forward. - A lot of process improvements have happened in last six months as organisation continues it's growth in sales and number of employees
Cons
- People coming from stable organisations may still find the environment a bit turbulent, but this could also be taken as a chance to learning how to stablize the processes and things better. - A lot of staff works from home, so office lovers may find very less number of people in office.

A Sinking Ship
10 Apr 2022 - Senior Software Engineer in Gurgaon, HaryanaRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
* Benefits like internet/Telephone/Online courses reimbursement * Good Work life balance. * Some colleagues are great. * Have benefits of a small company.
Cons
Few issues I started feeling here now: 0) I joined here after going through the reviews here, but turns out to be untrue for the migration team. 1) Used to be great culture company, but now degrading day by day. 2) If you land in the migration team your work as a UI developer is nothing but just copying the code from the product which is already live. 3) You may learn a few things as a Back-end engineer but the chances are very low. You may be writing the Test cases or just writing the code as per instructions by Architects without having a minimal discussion on design. 4) The code quality is poor, your learning in that scope is very less or nothing. 5) The upper management is very unstable. Many Leaders left within months of joining. 6) The new leaders in India are micromanaging, and pushing to work beyond work hours 7) No product managers to felicitate the migration process or they hire them for US location, which leads to less productivity. 8) Most of the good developers who were in early stage of the migration project have left or are serving notice period, which is creating instability among others. 9) Frequent conflicts between contract team and migration team.
