      Good work environment and culture Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year,

      Pros

      Revolving door is an understatement. The company is a master of cutting corners even cutting pay and incentives for its employees. The CEO believes that companies shouldn't provide benefits because everything is covered by OHIP. The two CEOs had another company which shut down because of their recklessness. Simpro former SMT Direct.

      Cons

      Terrible Management, cutting corners, horrible pay, lack of structure, lack ownership of responsibility. Overall bad place to work.
