Hello: I am sorry to hear that you believe your experience at Sinclair Systems International was not positive. However, I believe that had you addressed your concerns in person, great effort would have gone into resolving your concerns. At Sinclair, we have numerous long-term employees who are proud to work for an organization that not only provides some of the best wages in Fresno County, but also a generous total rewards program, including profit sharing.
A positive company culture attracts and retains talented employees. Sinclair practices a culture that is inclusive, respectful and appreciative. Our employees stay because of these reasons, not because “no one else will have them.”
