      Pros

      Good colleagues and friendly. Startup culture. Can work from home or from India while travelling without leave

      Cons

      Management not good don't listen to employee concerns. Sometime seniors treat you bad and find mistakes to blame you for even small mistake. Lot of work outside actual job. Sometimes need to work in both Singapore time and also in India time. Need to call someone senior before any kind of decision. No authority. Compensation not good as per workload.

      Salary on time, nothing else

      Cons

      Everything can be listed under cons: work culture, work load, salary, toxic management and leadership who look at you as disposable assets and will take every single opportunity to make you feel bad and squeeze work from you. Expect to work over time with little to no benefits.

      One can learn a lot in this company. Management is unbiased and listens to all. Timings of the company is very good for healthy work life balance
