i have recently joined the company. so this review is after 2 months.
starting with the product, the product is very good. From the outside it might seem like another database, but a lot of customers are happy with the offering this database has over other competitors. Our customers are top notch, that itself says a lot.
The people are great to work with. The tech we work on is in sync with what is going on the market. The interview process is well designed to hire talented people.
lastly the company culture. the company culture is absolutely amazing and on par with any of the 'best companies to work at' you can name today. the people are amazing and motivated, the benefits are great, the hierarchy is open to feedback and discussion, its remote friendly, everything is upto par with any of the top level companies you can name.
now, as is always the case, things are never perfect. But i feel good working here.
Cons
As this is currently a small but expanding company, the processes and policies might be a little off in the implementation right now. but i am pretty sure this should smooth out over time in the future and get streamlined.
