      Run like Mo Farah!

      Pros

      The actual developers there are superbly talented. I've worked with some supremely talented individuals in my time here, all of them producing actual software.

      Cons

      Ever seen Kitchen Nightmares? This place is the first 15 minutes where the management refuses to admit they're doing anything wrong and don't listen to anything Gordon Ramsey says, and just keep making the same stupid mistakes. Imagine that, in perpetuity. That's your working life here.

      Pros

      Great team members to bounce ideas off and problem solve with. Pizza on a Friday with the Show n Tell helps start the weekend off.

      Cons

      There's a lot to do, you have to be committed and stay for the long run to see the results.
