Pros

Engineering and Solution Arch teams are really cool people to work with (very smart and approachable)... But the VPs and higher, not so great!

Cons

Legacy way of solving A/B testing, can't complete in the market due to a very high overhead(configuration is too much overhead in comparison to other technologies in the industry today). the technology is behind he curve. the CEO desperately seeks an exist strategy (sell) as competitors are solving the same problem more efficiently and with more resources today... all other competitors were acquired in recent years. Few customer base and high churn! Low customer satisfaction that the management are hiding from you

Pros

The technology is one that more and marketers see as a necessity to do their job better. On premise solution is the only one of it's kind in the space.

Cons

CEO does not have the chops to scale the business. Other market players have dominated this business over the years. Co-founder sits in a dark room all day and is largely unapproachable as he's an engineer thinking he can manage a sales process. Co-founder will treat prospects like dirt and jeopardize deals getting done.

Pros

I respect handful of people in this company, really learn a lot from them.

Cons

Let me tell you how bad this company right now: 1. the company new high up team doesn't not care development at all, like they don't respect technology or something, imagine that and this company is technical company, and the answer to what is the most important thing for the company, the answer from the high up, definitely not people; 2. for a company this size, the company full of people that not doing things, for example, can you imagine a senior developer, take 60 days off in a single year doing least work, have some knowledge of the product, and he just promoted to a team lead, why? 3. the management team are mediocre at tops, there is no team building, culture building, no energy, how many people, friends of mine left the company, and what did the company did, nothing. They pretend that they listen, but did they do anything? no. there is no moral at all; 4. the company fail to acknowledge people that hard working; 5. personal growth? i really doubt it with the tech stacks they are using 6. pay? the company pay is a lot lower than average, and seems to me they don't care
