      Pros

      Great coworkers, they hire amazing people. Lots of fun little culture items like arcade, most people eat lunch together, lunch and learns. Diverse experience, always something to learn. They truly foster employee's interests and help them grow.

      Cons

      Immature leadership, many clients asked to please not have to work with CEO. Strange politics. I watched many people randomly lose their job seemingly overnight without much explanation. Pay is pretty bad, particularly for always being expected to be online and answer any calls at any hours of the night.

      Pros

      Their SEO and marketing lead is wonderful

      Cons

      The owner refers to employees work time as "machine labor hours" suggesting less than 60 hours a week shows lack of commitment. I also watched as all female employees left the company due to the poor management and discrimination of the owner.

      Fast Paced, Results Driven Company that Actually Backs it Up and is Enjoyable to Work For

      Pros

      I lot of companies boast some BS about being fast paced and results driven with unique and challenging clients but Skyhook actually is that. And they don't work you like a dog to get there. Management reviews are often and helpful/enlightening Small-ish company feel but showing a maturity and stability of a large company. Performance Coach is underrated - wildy helpful for work and home life While the company is remote, there's plenty of opportunities to know your coworkers and team build during work hours. Everyone here is competent, intelligent, and genuine. I have never once wondered "Is this person being paid too much" unlike a previous corporate job. Management is very transparent with finances and projections for work and how the company is doing - employee profit sharing is part of this.

      The fast environment can be challenging for certain people. This is not a great place if you want to be forgotten and do just enough to get by
