Poor planners at higher management

Always a chance for layoff, schedules are made last minutes and top management lacks communication

They are very dishonest with the job description saying you will learn about acounting and how a big company runs their accounting operations. Instead 70% of your job is photocopying invoices and entering them into the system which is a process which sould have been automated 10 years ago. Management is very rude if you bring up these problems.

Very wish-washy environment depending on upper managements mood. They recently stopped believing in their employees, and are introducing hardship hoping to "trim the fat." I've been lied to on several occasions regarding the future of this organization. Benefits are given, then taken away when there are challenges in the market. This used to feel like a company where you were cared for, and I was proud to put the extra work in regardless of my compensation, but now they've shown the same corporate greed as other boiler-room environments. Maybe I'm just the fat they're trying to trim, but they'll be limited when searching for zombie replacements that are okay being spat on for the lowest end of a wage bracket.

Forced to do mandatory overtime that you do not get paid for. Management is unprofessional.

Supervisors acted worse then kids in highschool. Everyone's there to work and get a paycheque but if the supervisors didn't like you they'll spread rumors leave you crap jobs or in my experience jobs that should have 2 employees to do them properly being left for just me on nightshift. All due to 1 supervisor but management not including the supervisors were great.

The work place is not so clean. Additionally there isn’t many opportunities to get promoted to better positions
