      1. Environment 2. Gym for fitness 3. Flexible working hours 4. Smooth Devops implemented 5. They give good learning opportunities

      Cons

      Although they do have work from home option, it is relatively less flexible.

      Some benefits like on-time salary, free lunch, and gratuity.

      Cons

      Culture is not good, you will see a lack of professionalism and dirty politics where you have to be very diplomatic to survive. Simply, work and personal life balance is not so good there. Timelines being organized by superiors you don't have anything to say about it, if you do, they will give you bunch of crap. Even though if you are going to the kitchen or for some relax, you will be asked about it. Even though HR is dummy as well can't do anything for the benefit of employee.
