      They'll hire you without experience

      Cons

      Alternative methods, urbanized learning, teaching phrases such as Pop a Squat, instead of let's sit down. Understaffed, little training, everyone is on their cell phones instead of watching after the kids. Occasional escapees to the beer distributor next door.

      Pros

      Good schedule if you have kids. The school follows most holidays of the public school system. Very supportive work family and director.

      Cons

      Pay doesn't match the responsibilities of the job but they do the best they can. Working with children is very demanding. You must love children.

      Work hands-on with kids, great learning experience, better understanding of how to work with kids with special needs.

      Cons

      Always low staff, not all emoyeed are in the education field. Therefore their understanding and desire to understand children with special needs is low.
