      Smallpdf is the ideal company for those who value work-life balance. It offers fantastic fringe benefits, a culture of transparency, and incredibly supportive employees who feel like family, with well-defined policies and processes in place!

      Cons

      It is an excellent place to work; if I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be to offer clearer career development paths, outlining potential career ladders and next steps for growth.

      Pros

      It's no secret that Smallpdf has suffered some challenges during the last 18 months, but what company hasn't? I'm here to convey that things have been improving lately and that we have a fresh new CEO that I am confident is going to bring us back on track to new levels of success. People like to work at Smallpdf, we work hard, play hard and produce great products.

      Cons

      No different to any other company where some challenges exist with internal collaboration, direction, alignment etc, but this is going to improve quickly with our new leadership.
