- Lack of resources, hiring managers consistently struggle to onboard new folks - Lack of hiring diversity (talent is highly male dominated) - Lack of continuous product maintenance - Lack of insight into long term company road map - Unusually high rate of turnover - Unclear company priorities and unrealistic goal setting - CEO has a tendency to micromanage direct reports - Benefits are good, compensation is inadequate
