The management of this company is worst , I have worked here for one month I joined here in sept and had a very bad experience, the management of this company is so rude to the new recruiters wether the recruiter is experience or fresher , they behaved rudely with all recruiters here and the management behaved with the recruiters like they are slave here , really I saw such a worst company in my entire staffing career like smart deck , due to the behaviour of the management I had to leave this worst company and had a pathetic experience with this company and I won't recommend this company to any of my friend , there is no career stability here , the management always threat to new joiners to fire from the job within 1 month and give mental pressure
