Pros
The salary is respectable for the role. The shift patterns are acceptable. Non call centre staff are very approachable.
Cons
Management doesn't have enough involvement other than quality assessment. The team leaders lack experience managing staff. Team leaders have little respect for anyone lower in the hierarchy. Respect only runs one way. Personnel training lacks planning & preparation. Management are massively offended by any form of criticism. On the first day the manager introduced himself by telling the new staff how replaceable they are should his "informants" report anything negative. Little time for team building
