      Null to share, worst experience so far in my 24 years of career. Due to to offshore President.

      Cons

      Offshore India President is very cunning and impulsive. Very biased to her friends. Unleased bitter politics does not allow peaceful work mostly created by India team. Hire and then fire and then again hire and fire is the Motto performed. No employee benefits or Appraisal.
