This company is very well knows in market for not giving Reliving letter to their employees no matter if if they have served the notice period as well. There is No Management kind of thing. Here You will get 3-4 reporting managers. At the time of leaves you have to take approval from everyone. No Support from L3 team. Only support you will get is "Document me dekh na re, milega kuch", Bla..bla...bla... Like every lala company this company has also IN time but there is no OUT time.

No saturday off. No professional ethics, Top management is hopeless. In my tenure, I worked more than 11-hour average every day. You have to work even on Sunday's and there is no comp-off You have to pay from your pocket if there is late night traveling and you will get only promise to get in next month. HR policy is worst, as they deduct 1.75 days salary from your salary which we get normally from the company. And there is no encash for your pending leave. No benefits in this company No work life balance at all. If you're really needy for job pls think 100 times before joining as me and my few colleagues left this organization because of workload and less salary.
