Pros
EDGE team to provide snacks. One can get a memento if works for 5 years.
Cons
First time job seekers will be asked for 3 years bond. Recently, existing employees asked for empty checks to make sure serving 3 months notice by them. Employees will be overloaded with work and rush for deliverables but not answered for very less hikes. Company evolvement is in PPTs only. Management will delay appraisals for 5 to 6 months. Lack of learning opportunities after certain period and makes employee incompetent with no new tech stack.
