Great mission and great clients. The company really has a ton of potential.

Cons

The current leadership talks about the “mission” but doesn’t emulate said mission. Very toxic culture and work environment. No work/life balance.

The mission is great and so are the doctors

It's a shame there is such terrible leadership. The CEO and the VP care only about the money going into their pockets. They enjoy creating a culture a fear and manipulating employees against each other. Senior Leadership will lie constantly to cover themselves and will frequently lie about compensation. Be prepared to fight for every bonus if you decide to join. Also, Glassdoor should be aware that the positive reviews below were written by senior leadership.
