You'd be hard pressed to find better coworkers and a more welcoming environment. We're given the autonomy to do great work and the entire team is bought in to completing what they have to do.

Cons

A great deal of importance is placed on innovation, but finding the time to devote to it can result in an internal conflict of interest.

Smooth Fusion is very accommodating and makes time for your family. You will feel welcomed and included in all activities and meetings. I feel well compensated for my time and work. Management is great! They are real, down-to-earth people and they are easy to talk to. They listen and are thoughtful of your ideas and opinions. Our work here is engaging and something you can take pride in. This is the best place I have ever worked.
