Overworked and Underpaid

Pros

Great company culture Opportunity to work with a lot of great clients and technicians Flexibility in working from home

Cons

There are a several different rolls that all do the same thing. Essentially, you are being paid less to work the exact same amount and do the same projects as people above you. Hours are excessive, and this is not fully acknowledged or made right by management. 50-60 hour work weeks are not uncommon, and management refuses to compensat for the level of work expected. Upper management can be manipulative and does not truly listen to employee concerns. Salary adjustment conversations are considered disrespectful, and if you are asking for more than what management is offering, they will make you feel like you are ungrateful. Even if what you are asking is very reasonable for market standards.

Pros

Overall the staff is nice

Cons

So many Unprofessional management and they expect you to check your work phone EVERY NIGHT before bed. They are TERRIBLY TOXIC regarding healthy work boundaries and will personally blame you for not "meeting their expectations" if you don't allow them to cross the personally work-life work boundaries you set. They send out 'test emails' at 7 or 8 pm to confirm if you are checking your emails after hours and REPREMEND YOU in the morning if you did not reply to these 'tests'. Terrible, just terrible.

Joke of a company

Pros

Work from home opportunities, equipment supplied

Cons

Very cliquey, especially in management. Lower paid workers do most of the work while management gets all the profits from the hard work of the lower tier workers. Company is breaking profit records every month but employees don't get anything for it while managers get thousands of dollar bonuses. You have to "quit" to get a raise. Management lies and is manipulative. They will never give you a raise if you don't ask for one. They don't care about your happiness at work. They will bait you with any lie they can come up with to keep you there until you quit. High turn around rate (50-60%) from both new and veteran workers. Low pay. If you are not personal friends of management they will set you up for failure and hold you back from bigger opportunities (promotions). Not a place to stay.
