I've been working at Soar for about a year and a half, and overall, it’s been a really great experience! The company truly prioritizes child-led, play-based therapy, which makes sessions so much more engaging and meaningful—both for the kids and the staff. The training here is solid, and I’ve felt really supported in growing my skills, especially as I moved into an lead case supervisor role The team culture is one of the best parts of working here.
