Pros

No pros really. Worst company on the planet, please don't join this company even if you are jobless, especially if you are from technical background(SEO). It was the worst decision of my career to join here. Oops it was supposed to be a Pros section. Please see below for more Cons

Cons

- Low bandwidth. Only 4-5 employees in the team. A single employee handles too many clients. Too much client shuffling on a regular basis which ends up in a blame game - Management doesn't care about the employees, they don’t know how to treat their employees right - Employee cannot take leaves, if taken the management keeps blabbering about work unnecessarily spoiling the vacation - The management is concerned only with acquiring new clients. The quality of work is suffering for existing clients because of this - Clients are coming in, people are going out - Nothing new to learn. Same old techniques used for clients - Absolutely stupid management. Only know about harassing employees. They simply fool clients by preparing good pitches, worst management I ever came across - Work is allocated to whoever is free, irrespective of their skillset, resulting in varying degrees of quality even on the same project - No policy for “work from home” . If you do that you are not paid (as good as working on a paid leave) - You might feel complete useless because of the bad behavior of the management (so called) towards you - Poor sanitation environment – No proper toilet. You literally have to hold your bladder sometimes

Pros

Earlier, it could have been the location, but since they have moved to Lower Parel (to copy other competitors who are in and around Lower Parel), there are no Pros that could be seen Generally, employees compare their employers with the perks provided, here its a privileged that the employees are allowed to go home from work.

Cons

1. Client is followed, with whatever they ask for. Someday, even if the client would ask to clean their WCs, the management would agree to complete it, won't do it by themselves obvious, but would ask the employees to do it. 2. You are expected to work on weekends, from home, while traveling, while being with your family.......sometimes they expect you to work during sleep hours too.....and claims it as a one time thing, but it never stops

Pros

1.) Open culture: Everyone is friendly and helpful. One can even get their doubts cleared from Top Management or the Owners themselves. Everyone is always welcome to discuss new ideas, explore wider scopes and get their doubts cleared. 2.) Variety of good clients: They have clients from all sectors so it becomes easy to learn and know how each market works. 3.) Teams/Departments: All teams and departments are under one roof which makes it easy to co-ordinate and fulfil each and every requirement of any client/explore your ideas. The influencer marketing team, production department, studio, art, client servicing, creative writers, strategists, business development, website and SEO marketing teams, IT, HR, finance, etc. 4.) Kinnect Fridays: An occasional party by the organisation which takes place at least once every quarter. It enables you to make your bond stronger, provides a very nice opportunity to connect with your colleagues socially instead of professionally, helps you relieve stress. 5.) Great Learning Experience: They have good team-building exercises and the leaders/top management often hold seminars for employees where everyone can learn and explore more about digital and advertising in general. You will always be well-informed and know all the latest marketing tactics taking place. 6.) Great minds: All the leaders in the top management have immense knowledge and are utmost creative. They are power-packed with phenomenal ideas. The best part - They will share the knowledge without any hesitation with you. They will, in fact, encourage you to grow and make them learn new things too. 7.) Salaries come on time. You receive a fair share of holidays. HRs are friendly and fairly helpful.

Cons

1.) Favouritism: Despite being creative and humble, many people have an ego which comes in the way of employees development. If you earn the place in their "favourites" then you may have opened the gates for a long time association with the organisation. 2.) Appraisals: If you have managed to do great work, put in all your hard and smart work and achieved even fairly great stuff; you may still NOT receive the desired appraisal. They can make anything an excuse to not give you a good hike or designation OR delay it. And those excuses are upright silly. This is the reason people are forced to leave the organisation despite a superb environment to work and a great culture. 3.) Employee benefits: No work from home. Late working hours (Almost every day. Especially if you are a designer or in the creative team.) No comp offs. Salaries are scheduled to credit in the first week of every month. Late marks for coming in after the login time. They even cut your salaries for the same. No regards for employees who work without complaint for long long hours. 4.) Politics: Favouritism leads to politics. If you enter any leader's bad books then you will be dragged into politics. They will make it difficult for you to survive and eventually you will have no option but to give up and leave the organisation even if your work was superb and you enjoyed it. 5.) Respect/treatment: You may be denied respect and you will have to deal with it. You may be treated as an outcast (on purpose), or even joked about which you will have to deal with very smartly. If you are someone who is not practical or is naive then this is not the right place for you.
