Well. If you just want salary and are not bothered about how you are treated as a human being, this is a great place to earn a living.
Cons
The Senior Management in India is just pawns of the people in Europe who really call the shots. The HR department here is totally spineless and useless. It is like the emperor's new clothes. The emperor is not wearing any clothes but everyone in India says that the clothes are looking great. The HR department simply dances to the tune of the Senior Management and does not apply their brains (assuming that these Indian HR people have any) Whenever anyone gives any opinion they are simply targeted systematically by HR and by the senior management. But they will make all the noise as if they want open opinions and feedback. This is all just a farce. They treat the factory people and all junior folks like cheap manual labour and expect loyalty in return. They are actually living in a fantasy world.
