      1. Very friendly environment 2. Seldom terminate employee (well, 2008/09 is not counted) 3. Work pressure/load is not very high, weekends are all yours

      1. Benefits/compensation is not to industry standard 2. 3 months orientation period 3. Interview process could be lengthy
