      Pros

      - The company is at risk as Tech Mahindra takes over.

      Cons

      - Many of its employees are resigning - Companies budget is at risk. - Many of its employees encountered forced termination. - Toxic environment. - No support will be given to newly hired employees.

      TechM acquisition changed the Sofgen culture

      Pros

      Salary is higher than competitors. There is 20 days annual leave.

      Cons

      The company lacks culture. There is no set organization structure and processes, for example there is no proper HR department in the office. Most of the senior staff left the company since the effect of the TechM acquisition. It is a body shopping company, not a place for career progression. There also no attractive benefits package or annual bonuses for employees, except for a few.
