Lunch that's it i guess, nothing good about this company except this one.

Cons

Mid layer management is a nightmare. Project manager has ZERO technical knowledge about anything. Only his favorites are treated nicely. He is the one who controls everything. Employees are forced to do offices on fridays and saturdays. Increment is not provided on time, when provided it's almost equal to nothing. Salary delay with the excuse of low funding and all.
