They will give you a excellent platform not for brushing up your skills and proficiency, but rather than how to play politics with other colleagues as well as with the upper management staff members. They also give awards to all those HR employees who have achieved excellence in firing maximum number of people.
Cons
D-graded management system, as on the very first day the employees have to wait for hours for the HR to come inside the office and make them complete the joining formalities. As the entire HR department of company is too busy in their own personal issues, they can't spare time for giving induction to new employees.
