Pros

very good company. People are very cooperating. Environment is good. No issues of salary. Salary on time with good incentives. Managers help you when you need them.

Cons

No downsides of softscript. Once you start working there, you never want to leave the company. But you have to work on similar projects.

Bait and Switch Pulled on Sign-On Bonus.

Pros

Good pay. They left me alone to work on my own so in that sense, no one was breathing down my neck, watching my every move.

Cons

Absolutely will not budge on schedule. Appointments have to be made on your day off, even if the physicians offices are closed that day. Want that sign on bonus? What they don't tell you is you have to meet 100% accuracy, that means if someone tells you, "you need to put 2 spaces behind a period" and someone else tells you, "why did you put 2 spaces behind the periods?" and you say, "Well, the other QA person assigned to me told me to", you are the one who is wrong and will be docked. I have never met another person working for the company who met all the impossible criteria to earn the sign on bonus. It's just not happening. You're stuck in whatever person you are hired. There is no room for advancement.

Pros

Enough work for full time. Higher than average pay.

Cons

Little to no training (less than 2 hours), slow communication from "mentors" and production manager who would rather complain about people not working than recognize those who are. Audits are based on reviewer preference and "account specifics" rather than major medical errors, so it's next to impossible to reach the goal if you have more than one account.
