Salaries are acceptable and paid on time.

Cons

You can get fired on the same day if you use leave for unexpected situations. They ask your opinions about their company monthly and you say perfect until you are fired with no warnings. They dont protect their employees.

At least the salary is reasonably good.

Worst experience ever. You talk to multiple people at the same time that tell you different things. They send you to a client that is apparently happy but after some days the cancel you because of contract misunderstandings between them and Softensity, then Softensity tells you that it is because of you, then the client tells you it is because of Softensity. Then Softensity gives you a task, and while you are working on it, you get an email from HR that you have to return the notebook that same day.

Just awful. The recruiting process took 3 months, 5 interviews (3 of them with the client). Got the offer, signed the contract and quit my previous job. On the first day of work, at the client's facilities, I receive a message from the company that processed the salaries here in the EU, saying that due to Softensity budget restrictions the contract would be cancelled. Really not worth the time and effort.
