      Pros

      This is the most secure company in the world in terms of job security.They will never fire an employee.Even if you have bad performance you will be given a lot of time to pick up. upto 1 year and then only they remove you.The manager here is very friendly.Mostly salary will be on time except once in a year.Many people have retired from this company.

      Cons

      Very less leaves. Salary increment is very less initially but afterwards it will be good depending on performance. The product structure is very complicated.Difficult codes to understand.There sould be some documentation to make the life easier of developers
