Pros
New ownership, new management, complete overhaul of company priorities, implementation of Agile development cycle, better benefits, and a move to AWS, all within little over a year. After seven years of working for this company, I finally feel like I work for a functional software company and can actually recommend working here.
Cons
Some of the legacy product have been supported far beyond their expiration date and customer adoption of current generation is relatively slow. Current product is complex with a lot of moving parts and it can be slow to learn how they all work.
