Pros
If you butter the management u will be safe in the company. CMMI Level 5 certification (i wonder who gave it to SPI).
Cons
Management is outdated. They don't know to handle resources. Performance Appraisal is just managers take on employees. The managers don't know how to review performance.. Salary is worst in the industry. Company pays peanuts to deserving employees. There is favouritism. Anyday u may be fired. No relocation charges for common technologies. No medical benefits provided. 90% of employees lack communication skills. Management is only profit making but not profit sharing. Support departments are badly paid. MBA and Engineers come under ESI. PF is deducted twice from employees salary.
