Pros

Want to experience living hell!? Please join Sogolytics

Cons

Roles do not have exact responsibilities matching the employee caliber Hierarchy is followed in a way that there's no scope for idea suggestion or taking the lead Work is assigned out of your expertise! Worst thing ever is the time management and pressure put by the company No appreciation from the management or senior employees No work life balance There's so much that is wrong with Sogolytics - Founders think they own you cause they pay you. They'll overwork you everyday even till 2am, talk very rudely, and use you as a escape goat. - Toxic office culture with everyone gossiping about how bad the management is. Leaving Sogolytics is the most common joke cause people can't leave as they are in bond. - No space in office, no proper computer setups, doesn't give laptops, stinky toilets - They have software to track your hours. You work a minute less than 8hour and you get scolded. You work for 16 hours and you get no added pay. - No room for innovation, you have no opinions, there is a total labor exploitation culture here. - Bad pay - Saturday working - Sometimes they make you work on Sundays and even on festivals - Management over promise client on how quick product can be delivered. Now to meet the promised timeline, employees have to overwork with pressure. Shows how management lacks strong character to lead and don't care about employees - Management is very rude. They will sit down and make fun of you instead of helping.

Worst CEO and Company ever

Pros

My experience with this company was deeply disappointing and emotionally draining. The CEO sets a troubling tone for the entire organization. He routinely insults employees in front of large groups during meetings, creating a culture of public shaming and fear. His behavior reflects a belief that he is above others, with little regard for the fact that he is dealing with real people whose livelihoods depend on their work. Employees are frequently threatened and pressured to work harder—not for shared success, but seemingly to increase profits that do not benefit the staff. The management team, having spent their entire careers within this company, lacks external perspective and fosters a hostile environment where growth is stifled and dissent is punished.

Cons

There is no room for open dialogue or feedback. You are expected to follow orders without question, and those who earn higher salaries are often asked to leave, regardless of their performance. I have personally witnessed employees being let go in such a harsh manner that some broke down in tears at the office. This was the worst professional experience I’ve had. I would strongly advise others to think twice before applying. In my opinion, remaining unemployed would be less damaging than working in such a toxic and demoralizing environment.
