Pros

For those of you who want to crash dive into the solar business, this is the spot. This company may be your launch pad into a new career but this company cannot offer you much more.

Cons

This box is not big enough to list all the cons. The minute you decide to sign up with this company, you automatically become a mule. Under paid, overworked, under-appreciated. At this company you will learn how to do things the wrong way. There are good quality workers here but its the management that drives and drills you into doing the wrong thing. I truly feel sorry for my brothers who work their butts off and sweat like slaves but please take my advice and look elsewhere. Work for a Solar Contractor who does installs for the right reasons and not just for the sale. Good bye, good luck and God bless!

Pros

Nothing. Absolutely nothing is good about this company.

Cons

Working at this company was a lesson in how not to run an organization. Management was shockingly unprofessional, constantly micromanaging every little detail and creating an environment where employees felt stifled and under constant surveillance. The CEO was especially controlling, seemingly monitoring employees' every move and yet considering themselves far too important to communicate with anyone below upper management. The company regularly broke labor laws, especially around extra lunch hours and compensation. Despite reporting that lunch breaks were not taken of my own free will, management frequently tried to coerce employees into signing documents claiming otherwise. The fact that HR ignored these valid complaints speaks volumes about the lack of respect for employee rights and wellbeing. Nepotism was everywhere, with favored employees given far more lenient treatment and often promoted regardless of their actual contributions. This created a toxic atmosphere where the only way to succeed was through connections rather than skill or hard work. What’s worse, the CEO and upper management are extremely sensitive about the company being labeled “small.” Any feedback or complaint is met with gaslighting, implying that employees lack the "work ethic" to work at a “real company.” Ironically, I now work at a large tech corporation, where the culture and professionalism are light years ahead—and where my new colleagues are horrified to hear about my experiences here. If you're considering this company, think twice. It's hard to feel respected or valued in an environment that disregards labor laws, thrives on nepotism, and resents any form of constructive feedback.
