There are no pros, maybe wfh?
Cons
Pay is trash, they don't take the time to train people, throw you in and your expected to meet metrics. Yank you around from hospitals you do know to others you don't. Replacing most positions with overseas people.

Great benefits, Work from home, great working environment. Super easy to move up in company. Great support system. Very nice and patient Supervisors and Leads. Sit down job. Don't think you can't do it. The answers are in our Sol Support, all you do is look them up! We doc type medical records.

This job is a sit down job. That's not a bad thing
