      Great team, wonderful clients. Offers best-in-class software and training.

      Cons

      Management and ownership lack integrity and their word and answers mean nothing.

      Pros

      - Great corporate culture with transparent quarterly updates - Great work/life balance with most roles now work from home - Invest in employees through formal sales training, and ongoing coaching and mentoring, making every mistake a positive learning opportunity - They do not micro manage - Great colleagues that care about your success as much as their own, true team environment - Extremely low turnover, and rapidly growing We did an internal survey and our approval rating of SolidCAD and management was much higher than on Glassdoor (in the 90-95% for most categories). Not sure if these negative reviews are real.

      First off we don't have any employees with the title or role of Administrative Assistant and we don't have any employees in Tsing Yi Town. We also just completed an employee engagement survey where 93% of our employees rated our Management Effectiveness as good or excellent. 96% of our employees approved of our culture and 95% of our employees approved of our work environment. We are also the farthest thing from a sinking ship. SolidCAD is vibrant and growing and a market leader in all aspects.
