      Pros

      Only require 40 hours a week, casual dress code.

      Cons

      Disorganized, pay way under market, mediocre benefits, expect to be super confused most of the time. Management is constantly putting out fires. The COO went asking around if she could fire the woman who sat next to me (who went above and beyond) because she didn't understand what she did. Then it got back to that woman. The turnover on my team was over 50% in less than a year. They advertise the potential for upward movement but really there isn't any due to the lack of growth.

      Met some great coworkers that cared

      Cons

      No yearly raises If you’re not “liked” by management, you receive different treatment and it’s obvious Tracking 35 hours a week, in 5 min intervals HR can be very petty and catty A lot of nepotism going on Ignored when pointing out issues Customer first attitude to the point that employees are overworked

      Pros

      Good worker bees Snacks in the breakroom You'll learn a lot (small company, you're going to do the job of 5 people)

      Cons

      Overworked WAY underpayed (don't expect a yearly salary increase or bonus) Minimal benefits (no 401k, 14 days off, garbage parental leave) Have to log every hour of your day up to 35 hours a week Keep it all in the family
