Timely salaries and supportive management.
Cons
Heavy pressure on the employees without proper assigning of work. No freedom to talk with colleagues. Lot of internal politics. Without any reason and prior notice they fire the employees without proper settlement of salary.

I am sorry to hear that you experienced this with Solution IT. We strive to be diligent in this area and return calls and e-mails from all employees within 24 hrs. All employees are provided with management teams cell numbers and they also receive calls late evenings and weekends. I personally conducted a survey with our existing employees and it was noted that all calls and e-mails were responded to in 24 hrs and all were happy with our response time.
