      Pros

      Over nearly a 4-year period, found the majority of the organization, from the CEO on down, to be truly understanding, caring and supportive of its employees and of the organization. Happy employees equate to a positive working environment.

      Cons

      Of late, SDC has been struggling to win larger contracts, creating fiscal pressures across the organization.

      Pros

      Close knit company that really cares about their people. Will look to promote and place staff in better positions as opportunities permit. Potential for placing good talent. Works hard to involve staff with growth opportunities like participating on proposal work for new opportunities. They have some stellar leaders from the standpoint of being an employee. Would work for them again.

      Cons

      Business model is killing them. They are losing contracts and shedding staff. Unless that changes, this company will continue to shrink. Be wary, some customers are toxic.
