This company is like a stepping stone for my career, as i started my career with this company, also it is India's 3rd largest tractors manufacturing industry & also exporting tractors to more than 64 countries all across the globe.

While working with this company, I have figured out that Growing up in a company as big as this company, you learn pretty quick that you have to speak louder than anyone else if you want to be heard, Therefore we must work more smartly in order to compete & beat others, Also some of the challenges are Completing Assignments given by boss independently, Accomplishing tasks earlier than the target time, Error free working
