      Pros

      Sortly has a fantastic remote-first culture with a lot of flexibility. The team is diverse, supportive, and genuinely cares about culture. Leadership is approachable, and you get the chance to make a real impact. The workload can get intense at times, but it's a great opportunity for growth. Overall, I'm really happy with the experience!
