I like to protect and help people so security is a good job.

The clients that hire their guards are very courteous and extremely professional. That's where it ends....

Cons

Guards have to work & wait for two weeks before they get paid, if they get paid at all. Paychecks consistently bounced and then you have to wait another 2 weeks to collect that check if you're lucky. They don't rewrite or resend paychecks that bounce. That's why they don't have "Direct Deposit"...there's no guarantee there's any money to cover your paycheck. Portion of what clients pay for service covers guards payroll, but when guards go to cash their checks they can't with no more money in the company's account.
