      Pros

      Leadership who is accountable and open to new ideas. Great teammates with a very positive, upbeat vibe. Fun team outings. Supportive environment, and absolutely the coolest founders you could ask for.

      Cons

      Being in a funded growth company creates a fast pace. Changes are swift and communication can fall by the wayside as a result. It's pretty much an inevitability in start-up culture, and it's actually managed pretty well at Soundstripe.

      Pros

      Cultural values are held in high regard by people at every level of the company, and it really shines through as one of the most cohesive workplaces I've ever been in. Open communication is honestly valued and rewarded.

      Cons

      Even though company goals are carefully thought out and are worked toward diligently, the path toward them can often pivot quickly, so if routines are a key element of a workplace you look for, this might not be your ideal placement. D&I has room to grow.

      Great company culture with involved founders. Everyone is very skilled in their own area and the environment promotes lots of collaboration across functions
