Upper management is terrible. Apply here if you want to be a part of a circus. There are too many cons to list and I only worked there for a relatively short amount of time in comparison to other co-workers.

Leadership is a circus act. No clear direction, lacks communication and transparency, and no concern for the well-being of their employees. They also tend to make a lot of false promises. All they want and care about is revenue without even addressing concerns that's causing the lack of revenue, so that's a total joke. They hire people who are unqualified and without industry knowledge and expect them to run the company. They constantly make decisions that will have consequences that other people will have to pay for unjustly. Favoritism runs deep too. If you're not a favorite, you can worry about job security.
