      Great experience starting in the field but not enjoyable long term

      Pros

      Source Allies will expose you to a variety of technology that you are likely not going to experience at other places just out of college. The coworkers are the best I have ever had and are just as excited about new technology and learning as I am.

      Cons

      A lot of the recruitment talk is just that, talk. A lot of promises and talks along the way never end up coming true. Performance reviews will suddenly just get pushed back a month than another month also delaying your raise.

      Pros

      Open Source, stable, forward thinking company where collaboration is valued. Providing ideas is encouraged. They like to offer new assignments to employees in the form of new projects, new client, etc.

      Cons

      Temperamental management that doesn't like it to be suggested that the direction being taken is not the best option. Low compensation and long hours with no 'comp time'. Sometimes changing clients is mandatory and is implemented without the consent o the consultant.
