The only pro is you will learn unethical way of work

Cons

Inshort everything. All fake marketed profiles. Uses proxy for interviews. Very difficult to place candidates, all are weak candidates with no or less experience. No Insurance and PF. Mostly all fake positive reviews are posted here by management and deletes negative reviews.

Fake positive reviews by management. never pay on time. don't have any ethics. and i don't want to talk about HR of this company. management don't have any knowledge on the process. and there is a lady manager who don't know how to talk . they never pay salaries on time . and they don't have any genuine consultants on bench, they use some other person to take the interview calls.
