      An understanding employer, with oppurtunities to work with cutting edge technologies. Easy acess to management. Very minimal hierarchy. Energetic, younger group of colleagues.

      Uncompetitive pay, attitude, working conditions at contractor sites. No support from immediate manager or anyone else. People in management that aren't trained to be a manager.
